  I worked here twice, during two winter seasons. There are two things that I remember the most: 1. The way the owner (chef) and his wife can't handle rush hours, even neglecting hygiene. For instance, he doesn't let helpers wash the lettuce for salads if necessary.
  2. How disgusting it was to recycle the butter they offer with bread at the beginning, even if it was half eaten. They reuse it in the scargots and other dishes. They don't even wear hair protectors, except when they know that the health supervisor is in his way.
  I have worked in many other steak houses around different states after, and I have to say that this is the worst place, with the worst food ever. I would't give it even 1 star, but Google forces me.
  I hope the health department surprises them sometime.
